The Redhill Valleys are a four piece Alt-Country and Roots Rock band from Hamilton, Ontario. The band consists of Guitarists Tim Allard, Danielle Beaudin, bassist Chelsea McWilliams and Drummer Matt Soliveri. Last summer, they were named runners-up at the 2017 Boots and Hearts Emerging Artists Showcase and have since gained a lot of traction and fans in the Canadian Country music scene. Their influences come from iconic artists such as Neil Young, Lucinda Williams, Tom Petty and The Band, while forging a musical path all their own. Their unapologetic stage presence and grit-infused harmonies are putting The Redhill Valleys on the Canadian Country Music map as a band you don't want to miss.

Saturday August 25: Emerging Artist Showdown
It's been an incredible 10 years at Lucknow's Music in the Fields, and we want to celebrate the massive success of our Emerging Artist Stage program. Beginning in 2012, LMITF started this program with a contest, where new artists from Ontario could win their way onto a big festival stage by submitting their videos and gaining online votes to become 'Fan Favourites', which earned them a spot here in Lucknow. The response since 2012 has been amazing and the talent we've seen from across this great province has been truly inspiring. This year, LMITF is paying homage to our past winners and entrants by bringing back a couple of your favourite past Emerging Artists. You'll have a blast singing and dancing along with these two awesome bands - see you 'in the fields' y'all!

Buck Twenty (ON FACEBOOK)
Singer/songwriter duo Mike Ure and Aidan Johnson-Bujold emerged from the small towns of Harrow and LaSalle, Ontario, in a very big way. In just a few short years, the band has earned incredible accolades and awards. The 2017 CMAO Rising Star Award Nominees and Boots & Hearts Emerging Artist Finalists (2017), have ‘Kicked it with Kissel,’ once already, but are looking forward to performing alongside the notable Country Music Star (that’s Brett Kissel) again in 2018. In a highly-competitive landscape, this laid-back and easy-going group continue to turn industry heads and win over fans, keeping up with other top-performers in their genre. In 2016, their single ‘Here’s to the Nights,’ reached #58 on Canadian Country Radio Charts: a notable achievement for an independently represented group. Fans recognize Buck Twenty for their trademark sound, which is bursting with catchy hooks, as well as the surplus of positive energy they have on stage.
Buck Twenty will be performing two sets: 4:45pm and 6:15pm
