Below are some typical and/or common questions we are either hearing, or anticipating about the event.
How do I book a campsite?

Can I come down for camping only?
No, all persons in the campsite area are required to purchase tickets to the show. If they have not purchased ahead of the event, we can sell them when they check in to their campsite.
May I bring my own lawn chairs?
Yes you may bring your own seating, fold-up lawn chairs only please, no couches or armchairs.
No lawnchairs in the beer gardens, and no umbrella's or beach umbrellas or shelters. There will be a tent in the beer gardens and as well a tent for heat relief beside the First aid area.
May we bring our own food and beverages?
Outside food and/or beverages are not permitted within the festival gates and coolers are not permitted on the festival grounds. Security will be searching all bags. There will be a number of food and beverage vendors at Music in the Fields. A licensed beer tent will be open at the event to attendees nineteen and older.
What is the price of children's tickets?
All children under 9 are free, all other ages are regularly priced, please see TICKETS page for details.
How do I volunteer to help with the festival?

Where do I park for the festival?
Parking is available to the North of the site, shuttle buses will be running throughout the festival. Please see the parking lot map on the DIRECTIONS page.
Are there are
chairs and how do we find out before going where we are
seated?
There is no seating, bring your own lawn chair or blanket and sit where you like, no lawn chairs are permitted in the beer gardens, or in the marked area in front of the stage. Blankets only are allowed on the hillside.
We live
in Lucknow and were wondering if we will have a stamp or
band allowing us to go in and out through out the day?
Yes, re-admittance is allowed at the concert with an armband, BUT only before 8.00pm.
What are the charges for parking?
Parking will cost $5.00 per car and/or buses but the bus ride from the parking lot to the event is free!!
What if I run short of cash at the festival?
There will be an ATM machine on the festival grounds.
Is the site easily accessible?
Yes, the site is accessible with parking less than 400 yards from the main stage.
May we bring our dog to camp with us?
Unfortunately we are unable to host pets on the festival grounds or in the campsites this year.
