Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in vending at Lucknow Music in the Fields on August 23rd & 24th, 2013. Lucknow is hosting the finest two day line-up of country music this summer.

  •     Friday gates open at 6 PM  and music runs until Midnight.
  •     Saturday gates open at 1 PM and music runs until 12:30 AM.

The two day music festival, organized by the local Kinsmen Club, is a fantastic opportunity for music fans to get together and see some of North America’s top country musicians perform in this great setting, with proceeds from this festival going to various charitable and local organizations in the community.  The Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is the Kinsmen’s official charity.

The Lucknow Kinsmen are looking for individuals or companies who would like to participate in promoting and or selling their product.  Below is an application form to be filled out.   If you have any other questions regarding this application and or the event please feel free to contact us at  ryangreig@hurontel.on.ca

  • Note: Vendor application must be recieved no later than May 31st 2013

Vendor applicants  notified of approval by June 17th . Money order or certified cheque and a copy of Certificate of Insurance must then be mailed to Lucknow & District Kinsmen no later than July 16, 2013.

  • Note: Vendors successful in application must be set up 2 hours before gates open ( 4 PM Friday, 11AM Saturday)

All vendors must provide Certificate of Insurance showing proof of $1,000,000 Comprehensive General Liability policy and listing Lucknow & District Kinsmen as “Additional Named Insured”.  All vendors must comply with all Health Department regulations.

Vendors must supply their own electricity.
No pets are permitted on site.
There is a NO refund policy.
