CAMPING INFORMATION

Quick Reference Guide - for a full list of rules download the PDF.
  • Each campsite is made for 1 (one) vehicle and 1 (one) camping unit (trailer) if you are using smaller tents you are allowed two (you have to stay within your campsite).
  • All sites MUST have someone Age of Majority (19+) on site.  Camping cannot be reserved for minors without direct adult supervision.  Upon arrival at camping registration, ages will be verified.  Any sites without an adult will be DENIED ENTRY.  Any sites found to not have someone 19+ WILL BE GROUNDS FOR EVICTION.
  • Quiet time is the hours between 2am - 9am. Failure to comply will result in eviction.
  • All sites are rough camping, no hydro or water hook-ups available. Generators are permitted.
  • All vehicles re-entering camping MUST have a sticker affixed to their windshield to get back in. Re-entry is only allowed during camping registration time and through GATE 1 (Washington Street).
  • If gates are closed, overnight parking is available at “Lucknow Community Centre” (649 Campbell St.) or the Soccer Fields (790 Havelock St. N).
  • Price for camping is per site, not per person and for the entire weekend.
  • Campsite and layout subject to change without notice or compensation.
  • Alcohol is to be consumed on your campsite. NO alcohol is allowed on campsite roadways or to be brought into the concert area.
  • Generators are allowed on site, but patrons maybe asked to turn them off if use is loud or excessive.
  • NO personal ATV’s, scooters, golf carts, etc. (personal accessibility vehicles exempt).
  • No household furniture (couches, recliners, etc.) allowed on campsites.
  • LMITF, security or OPP reserves the right to confiscate any items on campsites that are not permitted as outlined above, or that may be offensive to other campers.
  • Medical/First Aid services will be available onsite during the day.
  • Garbage/Recycling – Bagged garbage and recycling is picked up daily from campsites and new bags will be handed out. MESSY CAMPSITES ARE GROUNDS FOR EVICTION.
  • LMITF is not responsible for lost or stolen items or damages that may occur to personal property during the festival.
  • Campsites are non-refundable and not transferable.

CAMPER SHUTTLE SERVICE

Camper Shuttle Service
(from Soccer Fields to Graceland at Ticket Booth) is as follows:

Wednesday 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday / Sat / Sunday 9:00am - 9:00pm

*Camper drop off at the soccer fields. This is for people who’s friends/family who are already on-site camping.  A spot where they can be dropped of with their camping gear and not have to walk in.  We don’t allow people to go onto the grounds to do drop offs.

BUS SERVICE

Bus Schedule
Regular school bus running in town (purple path on the map)

Thursday 6:00pm - 12:00am (midnight)
Friday & Saturday 7:00am - 1:00am

*Takes people from walking path at bus stop #1 and runs through town to get people to the arena parking lot.

At 9pm when the Shuttle service stops, the bus schedule will take over and do drop off and pick ups directly into Graceland'at the Ticket Booth.

Yes! Lucknow’s Music in the Fields is welcome to absolutely everyone! Kids 9 and under are also eligible to receive a free ticket when accompanied by someone who has purchased an event pass.

Will my ticket for 2020/2021 still work for 2022?
Yes! All tickets purchased for 2020/2021 will automatically be accepted for our 2022 festival! Also, shout out to you for holding out for us - you’re the best.

Can I change the name on my ticket?
If you need to change the name on a ticket, you can request Ticketscene directly to do so by emailing them at: info@ticketscene.ca. However, tickets are not transferable to another account.

Yes, but you must stay within your own campsite space.

I have a very large trailer/Motorhome that exceeds 40 feet, are there bigger sites available?
No, the biggest sites are 40 ft deep. If you have a larger trailer, we recommend you purchase 2 sites back to back or a site along the outer perimeter of the campgrounds that will allow you a bit of extra depth.

Is there additional parking in the campgrounds for extra vehicles?
No, there is one car allowed per campsite. Additional parking can be found at the Lucknow Sports Complex (662 Campbell St.) or Lucknow Soccer Fields (790 Havelock St.). Shuttle service is available from those parking lots.

Lucknow’s Music in the Fields’ COVID-19 policy will comply with all provincial mandates and requirements of our local health unit. Requirements, rules and protocols are subject to change prior to the 2022 festival based on the evolving federal, provincial and local mandates. Vaccinations are not currently mandated by the Province of Ontario for outdoor events under 20K attendees, however, this requirement is pending developments and may change leading up to the festival. Lucknow's Music in the Fields reserves the right to modify the entry requirements at any time.

Will I have to wear a mask?
Lucknow’s Music in the Fields COVID-19 policy must comply with all provincial mandates and the requirements of our local health unit. Exact conditions and requirements are pending developments leading up to the festival.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Currently, refunds are not available for tickets or camping as all purchases are final sale. As local and provincial COVID regulations change, we may offer refunds to accommodate those that can no longer attend due to developing mandates and protocols.

Yes! Accessible camping is available in the South camping section and is marked on the map. These sites are the closest to the concert bowl entrance/exit. Campers must have a valid handicap permit.

Are service animals permitted?
Yes! Service animals are welcome. However, pets are not allowed on festival grounds.

Are there medical/emergency services on site?
Yes! The safety and wellbeing of our fans is our top priority. Medical, Security and Emergency Services staff are on site throughout the entire weekend. If you require attention please go to the medical tents or ask security or staff for the nearest location.

ALL CAMPING

Premium and Regular sites are 20’x40’.
Tent sites are 20’ x 20’.  If you have a large RV or trailer we recommend you purchase 2 sites. No single night camping available.

SHOWER TIMES/LOCATION

Friday and Saturday 7:00am - 12pm. Travel via bus route to or walk to showers. Location: Sports complex/Arena.

CAMPING INFORMATION

  • Each campsite is made for 1 (one) vehicle and 1 (one) camping unit (trailer) if you are using smaller tents you are allowed two (you have to stay within your campsite).
  • All vehicles re-entering camping MUST have a sticker affixed to their windshield to get back in. Re-entry only allowed during camping registration time and through GATE 1 (Washington Street).
  • If gates are closed, overnight parking is available at “Lucknow Community Centre” (649 Campbell St.) or the Soccer fields (790 Havelock St. N).
  • Price for camping is per site, not per person and for the entire weekend.
  • Campsite and layout subject to change without notice or compensation.
  • Alcohol is to be consumed on your campsite. NO alcohol is allowed on campsite roadways or to be brought into the concert area.
  • Generators are allowed on site, but patrons may be asked to turn them off if use is loud or excessive.
  • NO personal ATV’s, scooters, golf carts, etc. (personal accessibility vehiclesexempt).
  • No household furniture (couches, recliners, etc.) allowed on campsites.
  • LMITF reserves the right to confiscate any items on campsites that are not permitted as outlined above, or that may be offensive to other campers.
  • Medical/First Aid services will be available on site during the day.
  • Garbage/Recycling – Bagged garbage and recycling is picked up daily from campsites and new bags will be handed out. MESSY CAMPSITES ARE GROUNDS FOR EVICTION.
  • LMITF is not responsible for lost or stolen items or damages that may occur to personal property during the festival.
  • Campsites are non-refundable and not transferable.

CAMPER SHUTTLE SERVICE

Camper Shuttle Service (from Soccer Fields to Graceland at Ticket Booth) is as follows:
Wednesday 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday / Sat / Sunday 9:00am - 9:00pm

*Camper drop off at the soccer fields. This is for people who’s friends/family who are already on-site camping.  A spot where they can be dropped of with their camping gear and not have to walk in.  We don’t allow people to go onto the grounds to do drop offs.

Both are allowed on any site with the exception of Roughland. This is an area for tents only, with a size of 20x20 feet. We designed this area for those that like to tent it and not be beside large trailers and motorhomes.

Can I put more than one tent on my site?
Yes, but you must stay within your own campsite space.

I have a very large trailer/Motorhome that exceeds 40 feet, are there bigger sites available?
No, the biggest sites are 40 ft deep. If you have a larger trailer, we recommend you purchase 2 sites back to back or a site along the outer perimeter of the campgrounds that will allow you a bit of extra depth.

Is there additional parking in the campgrounds for extra vehicles?
No, there is one car allowed per campsite. Additional parking can be found at the Lucknow Sports Complex (662 Campbell St.) or Lucknow Soccer Fields (790 Havelock St.). Shuttle service is available from those parking lots.
